Account Registration & Management
3.1 Account Creation
Each individual may operate only one account on the 77aac platform. Creating multiple accounts will result in their closure and the balance may be forfeited. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately. 77aac will never ask for your password by phone or email.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
For security and fraud prevention purposes, 77aac reserves the right to verify your identity. Any of the following documents may be requested:

- Passport

- Proof of mobile banking account
Withdrawal processing may be limited until the verification process is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
To make a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. 77aac reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
77aac offers an attractive welcome bonus for new players. A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, is provided.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- 77aac reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts may result in account termination.
- Claiming bonuses by exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors will be considered void.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 General Gaming Terms

6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

The 77aac VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Your tier is determined based on your account activity:

Account Closure & Termination
12.1 Closure at User Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance (subject to bonus terms being met).
12.2 Closure by Authority
77aac may close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- A serious breach of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Use of false identity information.
- Account use by a minor.
- Operating multiple accounts.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding your account, a payment, a game result, or a bonus, please contact our support team first. We will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant jurisdiction. In disputes relating to game results, the game server log records will be treated as final.
Changes to the Terms
